STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Five

AN ACT permitting employees to request a wage deduction for contributions to a political action committee.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

297:1 New Subparagraph; Withholding of Wages; Contributions to Political Action Committees. Amend RSA 275:48, I by inserting after subparagraph (d) the following new subparagraph:

(e) The employee requests in writing that deductions may be made for contributions to a political action committee from the employee’s wages.

297:2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
