STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Six

AN ACT exempting records of the National Animal Identification System from the right-to-know law.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

1 New Paragraph; Exemptions From Right-to-Know Law; Certain Records Added. Amend RSA 91-A:5 by inserting after paragraph IX the following new paragraph:

X. Records pertaining to the National Animal Identification System, except in a case of proven health risk, in the event such system is established in New Hampshire.

2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
