STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Six
AN ACT relative to a certain highway project in Merrimack.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Proceeds From the Sale of Certain Land. The department of transportation shall use any proceeds from the sale of land originally intended for the project known as “the circumferential highway” to finance, in whole or in part, the highway project to connect U.S. Route 3 in the town of Merrimack with N.H. Route 102 in the town of Hudson. The department shall not use the proceeds from such land sale for any other project.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
