AN ACT relative to public pooled risk management.

AN ACT relative to public pooled risk management.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Pooled Risk Management Programs; Membership of Boards. Amend RSA 5-B:5, I(b) to read as follows:
(b) Be governed by a board [the majority of which is composed of] all of whom are elected or appointed public officials, officers, or employees who represent a member of the pool.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
