STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Six
AN ACT relative to the duties of the legislative oversight committee on electric utility restructuring.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 New Paragraph; Legislative Oversight Committee on Electric Utility Restructuring; Duties. Amend RSA 374-F:6 by inserting after paragraph IV the following new paragraph:
V. Evaluating electricity issues within the jurisdiction of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) that may have significant consequences to New Hampshire customers, such as locational installed capacity.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
