STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Six

AN ACT relative to certification by a superintendent regarding statistical reports.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

60:1 Statistical Reports; Failure to File Reports. Amend RSA 189:28, III to read as follows:

III. Each statistical report submitted under this section shall include a certification, signed by the superintendent of the school district, that states: “I certify, under the pains and penalties of perjury, that all of the information contained in this document is true, accurate, and complete, and that the school board chairperson has received a copy of this document.” [The statistical report shall also include a certification, signed by the chairperson of the school district’s governing body or the chairperson of the board of trustees of approved public academies, that states: ““I certify, that, to the best of my knowledge, all of the information contained in this document is true, accurate, and complete.”]

60:2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
