STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Six

AN ACT relative to maintaining construction and demolition debris as a solid waste.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

1 New Section; Solid Waste Management; Construction and Demolition Debris. Amend RSA 149-M by inserting after section 6 the following new section:

149-M:6-a Construction and Demolition Debris. The wood component of construction and demolition debris shall be designated and regulated exclusively as solid waste.

2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
