STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Six

AN ACT relative to best available control technology rules.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

1 Best Available Control Technology; Rules Required. Amend 2005, 173:5 to read as follows:

173:5 Rules Required. No permits shall be issued under RSA 125-C:10-b until final adoption of all rules required by this act. No rule required by this act may be adopted until the committee to study certain issues relative to construction and demolition waste established by 2005, 205 has issued its final report. Where possible, the rules shall implement the recommendations of the committee.

2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
