This bill makes permanent the probate court mediation fund and fee. Currently, the probate court mediation fund and fee are repealed on June 30, 2007.
This bill is a request of the administrative judge of the probate courts.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Six
AN ACT relative to the probate court mediation fund and fee.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
29:1 Repeal. The following are repealed:
I. 2002, 198:3, relative to probate court fees under RSA 490:27.
II. 2002, 198:6, relative to the repeal of the probate court mediation fund under RSA 6:12, I(jjj), currently recodified under RSA 6:12, I(b)(210).
III. 2002, 198:7, I, relative to the effective date of 2002, 198:3 and 2002, 198:6.
29:2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
