STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Six
AN ACT relative to the licensing fee for motor vehicle recycling yards.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
71:1 Motor Vehicle Recycling Yards and Junk Yards; License Fees Increased. Amend RSA 236:122 to read as follows:
236:122 License Fees. The annual license fee is [$25] not more than $250 to be paid at the time the application is made and annually thereafter in the event of renewal. If the application is not granted, the fee shall be returned to the applicant.
71:2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
