STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Seven

AN ACT relative to the inclusion of certain tax information in state tourism publications.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

1 New Paragraph; New Hampshire Tourism Policy; Tax Information. Amend RSA 12-A:23 by inserting after paragraph XI the following new paragraph:

XII. Ensure that state publications related to travel and tourism include appropriate information relative to the state’s tax advantages.

2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
