In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Seven
AN ACT relative to the definition of “slaughterer.”
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Terms Defined; Slaughterer. Amend RSA 427:33, I to read as follows:
I. The term “slaughterer” means any person, partnership, propagator or designee, corporation or association regularly engaged in the slaughtering of livestock;
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
