AN ACT relative to the availability of school nutrition program funds for charter school and nonpublic schools.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Seven
AN ACT relative to the availability of school nutrition program funds for charter school and nonpublic schools.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
76:1 New Subparagraph; State Schools; Appropriations. Amend RSA 186:13, XI by inserting after subparagraph (b) the following new subparagraph:
(c) Subject to available appropriations, a charter school, nonpublic school approved by the department of education, or any residential facility for children, which meets state and federal school nutrition program requirements, may apply for reimbursement pursuant to RSA 189:11-a, VII, for all approved meals.
76:2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
