STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Seven
AN ACT making an appropriation to the department of health and human services for start-up and equipment costs of the Tri-County Community Action Program dental facility.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Appropriation to the Department of Health and Human Services for Dental Facility. There is hereby appropriated to the department of health and human services the sum of $250,000, for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2008, for the purpose of funding start-up and equipment costs of the Tri-County Community Action Program of Berlin, New Hampshire, dental facility in Tamworth, New Hampshire. Such funds shall be in addition to any other funds appropriated to the department of health and human services. The governor is authorized to draw a warrant for said sum out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect July 1, 2007.

AN ACT making an appropriation to the department of health and human services for start-up and equipment costs of the Tri-County Community Action Program dental facility.
FISCAL IMPACT:
The Office of Legislative Budget Assistant has determined this bill will increase state expenditures by $250,000 in FY 2008. There will be no fiscal impact on state, county, and local revenue or county and local expenditures.
This bill appropriates $250,000 from the state general fund in FY 2008 to the Department of Health and Human Service for the purposes of this bill.
METHODOLOGY:
This bill appropriates $250,000 to the Department in FY 2008 for the purpose of funding start-up and equipment costs of the Tri-County Community Action Program of Berlin, New Hampshire dental facility in Tamworth, New Hampshire.
