STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Seven

AN ACT relative to full-time seasonal state employees.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

94:1 New Section; Death Benefit. Amend RSA 98-A by inserting after section 6-b the following new section:

98-A:6-c Death Benefits. Full-time seasonal employees shall be considered permanent employees only for the purposes of the death benefit under RSA 21-I:29.

94:2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
