STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Seven

AN ACT requiring the redistricting of the house of representatives for the 2008 elections.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

1 Redistricting for 2008 Elections. The general court shall form districts for the house of representatives which shall conform to the provisions of part II, article 11 of the New Hampshire constitution adopted by the voters at the 2006 state general election. The redistricting plan adopted pursuant to this section shall apply beginning with the 2008 state primary and general elections.

2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
