STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Seven
AN ACT relative to funding for the Groveton Branch Corridor repairs.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Capital Budget; Department of Transportation; Project Purposes Added. Amend 2005, 259:1, XIII, F to read as follows:
F. Railroad Acquisition, Right of First Refusal and
Groveton Branch Corridor Repairs $500,000
2 Lapse Date Extended. The appropriation made to the department of transportation in 2005, 259:1, XIII, F as amended by section 1 of this act for railroad acquisition, right of first refusal, and Groveton Branch Corridor repairs is extended to June 30, 2009.
3 Effective Date. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
