STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Seven
AN ACT relative to publication of supreme court reports.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
51:1 State Reporter and Reports; Publication. Amend RSA 505:7 to read as follows:
505:7 Publication. The reporter shall, [within 120 days] as soon as practicable after a decision is announced, publish a report of each case[, including the] in which an opinion is furnished by the court. The report shall include the opinion furnished by the court.
51:2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
