Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
382:1 Capital Budget; Appropriation Amount Increased; Laconia District Court. Amend 2007, 264:1, II, A, 2 to read as follows:

382:2 Bureau of Court Facilities; Total Increased. Amend 2007, 264:1, II, A, total state appropriation subparagraph A, to read as follows:

264:6 Bond Authorized. To provide funds for the total of the appropriations of state funds made in sections 1 and 2 of this act, the state treasurer is hereby authorized to borrow upon the credit of the state not exceeding the sum of [$163,643,038] 167,385,678 and for said purposes may issue bonds and notes in the name and on behalf of the state of New Hampshire in accordance with the provisions of RSA 6-A.
382:6 Repeal. 2007, 264:29, XIII, relative to a lapse extension for a Representatives hall project appropriation, is repealed.
382:7 Effective Date. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
