STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Seven

AN ACT relative to eligibility for certain veteran disability plates.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

1 Special Number Plates for Certain Veterans; Disability; Plate Number “1.” The department of safety shall only issue a special number plate under RSA 261:86, I(a) bearing the plate number “1” to a disabled veteran of World War II who was born in New Hampshire. If no registrant is eligible under this section, such plate shall not be issued.

2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
