AN ACT relative to membership of the board of trustees of the regional community-technical colleges.
This bill adds the commissioner of the department of employment security to the non-voting members of the board of trustees of the regional community-technical colleges.
This bill was requested by the department of employment security.

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Seven
AN ACT relative to membership of the board of trustees of the regional community-technical colleges.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
201:1 Board of Trustees. Amend RSA 188-F:3-a, I(a) to read as follows:
(a) As non-voting, ex officio members: the governor of the state, the commissioner and deputy commissioner of the regional community-technical colleges, the presidents of the 7 regional community-technical colleges, the commissioner of the department of resources and economic development, the commissioner of the department of employment security, and the commissioner of the department of education.
201:2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 30 days after passage.
