STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Eight

AN ACT relative to “course of conduct” in the stalking statute.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

1 New Subparagraph; Interference With Freedom; Stalking. Amend RSA 633:3-a, II(a) by inserting after subparagraph (7) the following new subparagraph:

(8) Publishing, distributing, or posting, in any medium, a person’s photograph, image or likeness, or name in a context or fashion that falsely states or implies a current or former sexual relationship between such person and the offender.

2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect January 1, 2009.
