STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Eight
AN ACT relative to the removal of commercial signs placed on public property.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 New Section; Litter Control Law; Removal of Commercial Signs. Amend RSA 163-B by inserting after section 6 the following new section:
163-B:7 Removal of Commercial Signs. Commercial signs placed on or affixed to any public property without the consent of the property owner may be removed by the state, city, or town maintenance crew, law enforcement personnel, or any other person.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
