STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Eight
AN ACT making an appropriation to the department of administrative services for an energy audit and system evaluation of the state house.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
31:1 Appropriation; Department of Administrative Services. The sum of $80,000 is hereby appropriated to the department of administrative services for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2009, for the purpose of conducting a complete energy audit and system evaluation of the state house, including evaluation of the costs of an electrical system upgrade, a new HVAC system, and window retrofits. The source of funds shall be federal funds or any other source, except that no state funds shall be appropriated for such purpose.
31:2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect July 1, 2008.
