STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Eight
AN ACT relative to travel pay for certain employees.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 New Section; Travel Time. Amend RSA 275 by inserting after section 43-b the following new section:
275:43-c Travel Time. Every employer reimbursing employees for travel time shall pay such travel time at each employee’s regular rate of pay.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect January 1, 2009.
