HOUSE BILL 1352
AN ACT relative to the comprehensive state development plan.

COMMITTEE: Public Works and Highways
This bill repeals the requirement that the governor transmit the comprehensive development plan to the general court by July 1 of each even numbered year. The bill requires the plan to be transmitted to the general court once every 4 years, following its renewal or revision.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Eight
AN ACT relative to the comprehensive state development plan.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
248:1 Repeal. RSA 9-A:3, relative to transmitting the comprehensive development plan to the general court, is repealed.
248:2 Comprehensive Development Plan. Amend RSA 9-A:1, V to read as follows:
V. The comprehensive development plan shall be renewed or revised every 4 years, beginning on October 1, 2003, and the plan transmitted to the general court.
248:3 Effective Date. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
