STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Eight

AN ACT extending certain studies.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

152:1 Commission to Develop a Comprehensive State Mental Health Plan; Report Date. Amend 2005, 175:19, as amended by 2006, 252:1, to read as follows:

175:19 Report. The commission shall report its findings and any recommendations for proposed legislation to the speaker of the house of representatives, the senate president, the house clerk, the senate clerk, the governor, and the state library in an interim report on or before December 1, [2007] 2009 and in a final report on or before December 1, [2008] 2010.

152:2 Task Force to Study Temporary Assistance to Needy Families (TANF). Amend 2006, 247:7 to read as follows:

247:7 Reports. The task force shall submit a preliminary report of its findings and recommendations on or before [December 10, 2006] November 30, 2008, and a final report of its findings and recommendations on or before [December 1, 2007] November 30, 2009, to the speaker of the house of representatives, the senate president, the governor, the commissioner of the department of health and human services, the house clerk, the senate clerk, and the state library.

152:3 Committee to Study Liquor Commission Revenues, Enforcement, and Training; Report Date. Amend 2007, 170:5 to read as follows:

170:5 Report. The committee shall report its findings and any recommendations for proposed legislation to the speaker of the house of representatives, the president of the senate, the house clerk, the senate clerk, the governor, and the state library on or before [November 1, 2007] July 1, 2008.

152:4 Commission to Study Pharmaceutical Costs and the 340b Drug Pricing Program; Report Date. Amend 2007, 245:5 to read as follows:

152:5 Committee to Study Dispute Resolution Between Local Political Subdivisions and Public Employees in New Hampshire. Amend 2007, 28:5 to read as follows:

152:8 Commission to Develop Flood Management Plan; Report Date. Amend 2007, 179:5 to read as follows:

179:5 Report. The commission shall report its findings and any recommendations for proposed legislation to the speaker of the house of representatives, the president of the senate, the house clerk, the senate clerk, the governor, and the state library in the form of a progress report on or before December 1, 2007 and a final flood control plan on or before [June 1, 2008] August 31, 2008.

152:9 Legal Services Study Commission; Report Date. Amend 2007, 263:57, VI to read as follows:

VI. The commission shall report its findings and any recommendations for proposed legislation to the speaker of the house of representatives, the president of the senate, the house clerk, the senate clerk, the governor, and the state library on or before November 1, [2007] 2009.

152:10 Effective Date. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
