This bill establishes the AIDS drug assistance program fund which is to be composed of drug rebates received on drugs purchased under the AIDS drug assistance program established under the authority of RSA 141-F.
This bill also changes a member of the health services planning and review board.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Eight
AN ACT establishing the AIDS drug assistance program fund and relative to the membership of the health services planning and review board.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
155:1 New Paragraph; Rulemaking Added. Amend RSA 141-F:4 by inserting after paragraph VI the following new paragraph:
VII. Procedures for the administration of the AIDS drug assistance program and the AIDS drug assistance program fund established under RSA 141-F:12.
155:2 New Section; AIDS Drug Assistance Program Fund. Amend RSA 141-F by inserting after section 11 the following new section:
141-F:12 AIDS Drug Assistance Program Fund. There is hereby established the AIDS drug assistance program fund. The fund shall be composed of drug rebates received on drugs purchased under the AIDS drug assistance program established pursuant to this chapter. The fund shall be nonlapsing and shall be continually appropriated to the commissioner for the purposes of continuous support for the AIDS drug assistance program as required by federal law and regulations.
155:3 Health Services Planning and Review Board; Membership. Amend RSA 151-C:3, I(a)(2)(D) to read as follows:
(D) A [county official] representative of county government nominated by the New Hampshire Association of Counties.
155:4 Effective Date. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
