HOUSE BILL 1411
AN ACT relative to rulemaking under the native plant protection act.

This bill provides that rules adopted by the department of resources and economic development under the New Hampshire native plant protection act shall not cause undue interference with normal agriculture or silvicultural practices.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Eight
AN ACT relative to rulemaking under the native plant protection act.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
9:1 New Paragraph; Native Plant Protection Act. Amend RSA 217-A:10 by inserting after paragraph III the following new paragraph:
IV. No rule adopted by the department under the provisions of this chapter shall cause undue interference with normal agriculture or silvicultural practices.
9:2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
