This bill establishes the salary range for the chief of policy and planning of the department of safety, the deputy commissioner of the department of transportation, and the director of finance of the department of transportation.

AN ACT relative to salaries for certain unclassified positions.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
102:1 Compensation of Certain State Officers. Amend RSA 94:1-a, I(b) by inserting:
GG Department of safety chief of policy and planning
GG Department of transportation director of finance
JJ Department of transportation deputy commissioner
102:2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
