STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Eight
AN ACT naming a small impoundment in Goffstown as Namaske Lake.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
45:1 Impoundment Named. Pursuant to RSA 4:43, the impoundment created by the Kelley’s Falls Dam along the Piscataquog River which lies primarily in Goffstown, and is comprised of the small lake abutting Moose Club Park, Lynchville Park, Danis Park, and the Riverview area, is hereby named Namaske Lake. Appropriate signage may be placed at the site.
45:2 Signage. The cost of design, construction, maintenance, and installation of any signage, replacement signage, or other markers authorized under section 1 of this act shall not be a charge to the state. However, the design, construction, and installation of any signage or other markers authorized under this act shall be approved by the department of transportation.
45:3 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
