STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Eight

AN ACT eliminating obsolete provisions regarding pleas by mail and noncomputerized courts.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

46:1 Pleas by Mail; Obsolete Provisions. All amendments to RSA 502-A:19-b that were enacted as applying only to courts that are not computerized in coordination with the division of motor vehicles are hereby nullified. The versions of RSA 502-A:19-b and RSA 262:44 enacted as applying to computerized courts hereby apply in all jurisdictions.

46:2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
