AN ACT relative to requirements for the estuary alliance for sewage treatment to take and hold land.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Eight
AN ACT relative to requirements for the estuary alliance for sewage treatment to take and hold land.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
110:1 EAST; Land Takings. Amend RSA 485-E:8, VII to read as follows:
VII. To take and hold such materials, lands, easements, and rights-of-way within the boundaries of municipalities which are members of EAST in accordance with RSA 485-E:4, I as may be required for the purposes of this act.
110:2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
