STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Nine
AN ACT naming a bridge on U.S. route 4 in Lebanon the Terri Dudley Bridge.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
48:1 The Terri Dudley Bridge. Pursuant to RSA 4:43, the U.S. route 4 bridge in Lebanon, department of transportation number 077/107, which spans the Mascoma River, is hereby named the Terri Dudley Bridge. Appropriate signage may be placed at the bridge.
48:2 Signage. The cost of design, construction, maintenance, and installation of any signage, replacement signage, or other markers authorized under section 1 of this act shall not be a charge to the state. However, the design, construction, and installation of any signage or other markers authorized under this act shall be approved by the department of transportation.
48:3 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
