HOUSE BILL 215
AN ACT making technical corrections to certain OHRV and snowmobile laws.

This bill updates certain references in the OHRV and snowmobile laws to reflect changes made by the consolidation of the operating under the influence laws.
This bill is a request of the fish and game department.

AN ACT making technical corrections to certain OHRV and snowmobile laws.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
176:1 References Changed. Amend RSA 215-A:19, IX(d)-(e) to read as follows:
(d) RSA [215-A:11] 265-A:2, I and RSA 265-A:3, relative to operating an OHRV while intoxicated or under the influence of drugs.
(e) RSA [215-A:11-b] 265-A:14, relative to refusal of consent.
