STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Nine

AN ACT relative to resolution of collective bargaining disputes.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

1 Repeal. RSA 273-A:12, VII, requiring inclusion of an automatic continuation clause in collective bargaining agreements with public employees, is repealed.

2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
