STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Nine

AN ACT relative to workers’ compensation for death.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

78:1 Workers' Compensation; Compensation for Death. Amend RSA 281-A:26, IV to read as follows:

IV. The employer shall pay burial expenses not to exceed [$5,000] $10,000.

78:2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect January 1, 2010.
