STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Nine

AN ACT authorizing fluvial erosion hazard zoning.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

1 New Subparagraph; Innovative Land Use Controls. Amend RSA 674:21, I by inserting after subparagraph (n) the following new subparagraph:

(o) Fluvial erosion hazard zoning.

2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
