STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Nine

AN ACT relative to expenditures by boards and commissions for costs of examinations of applicants.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

39:1 General Administration of Boards or Commissions; Required or Administered Examinations. Amend RSA 332-G:2 to read as follows:

332-G:2 Examination Fees. Boards or commissions which administer or require examinations as part of examination for licensure and which establish charges to examination applicants equivalent to 125 percent of the direct expense of the examination may expend funds for such examinations, related services, or supplies as needed, but not to exceed the direct expense of the examination.

39:2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect July 1, 2009.
