AN ACT delaying the effective date of 2008 SB 342-FN-LOCAL, relative to workforce housing.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Effective Date Delayed. Amend 2008, 299:4 to read as follows:
299:4 Effective Date. This act shall take effect July 1, [2009] 2010.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
