AN ACT relative to the minimum age required to purchase fireworks.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Nine

AN ACT relative to the minimum age required to purchase fireworks.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

234:1 Sale of Fireworks. Amend RSA 160-C:2, II(a) to read as follows:

(a) To any person less than 21 years of age, unless the person is between 18 and 21 years of age and is on active duty with the United States armed forces or has been called to active service as a member of the state guard; or

234:2 Effective Date. This act shall effect upon its passage.
