AN ACT relative to the minimum age required to purchase fireworks.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Nine

AN ACT relative to the minimum age required to purchase fireworks.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

1 Sale of Fireworks. Amend RSA 160-C:2, II(a) to read as follows:

(a) To any person less than [21] 18 years of age; or

2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
