STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Nine
AN ACT designating Hampton Beach as a historic seaside recreational area.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Hampton Beach; Designation. Hampton Beach state park is hereby designated as a historic seaside recreational area for the purpose of receiving federal or state funds for construction, renovation, or maintenance of public facilities at the state park.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
