STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Nine
AN ACT relative to the district court assignment for the towns of Greenville and Temple.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Milford District. Amend RSA 502-A:1, XXI to read as follows:
XXI. MILFORD DISTRICT. The Milford district shall consist of the towns of Milford, Brookline, Amherst, Mason, Wilton, Lyndeborough, [and] Mont Vernon, Greenville, and Temple. The district court for the district shall be located in Milford, holding sessions regularly therein and elsewhere in the district as justice may require. The name of the court shall be Milford District Court.
2 Jaffrey-Peterborough District. Amend RSA 502-A:1, XXVI to read as follows:
XXVI. JAFFREY-PETERBOROUGH DISTRICT. The Jaffrey-Peterborough district shall consist of the towns of Jaffrey, Dublin, Fitzwilliam, Troy, and Rindge in Cheshire county and the towns of Peterborough, Hancock, [Greenville,] Greenfield, New Ipswich, [Temple], and Sharon in Hillsborough county. The district court for the district shall be located in Jaffrey or Peterborough, holding sessions regularly therein and elsewhere in the district as justice may require. The name of the court shall be Jaffrey-Peterborough District Court.
3 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.

FISCAL IMPACT:
The Legislative Budget Assistant has determined that this legislation has a total fiscal impact of less than $10,000 in each of the fiscal years 2009 through 2013.
