AN ACT relative to the use of the term “farmers’ markets” in corporation names.

AN ACT relative to the use of the term “farmers’ markets” in corporation names.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
293:1 New Subparagraph; Voluntary Corporations and Associations; Name; Farmers’ Market. Amend RSA 292:3, II by inserting after subparagraph (e) the following new subparagraph:
(f) The name “farmers’ market” unless the entity meets the definition of “farmers’ market” established in RSA 21:34-a, V.
293:2 New Subparagraph; Business Corporation Act; Corporate Name; Farmers’ Market. Amend RSA 293-A:4.01(b) by inserting after subparagraph (5) the following new subparagraph:
(6) The name “farmers’ market” unless the entity meets the definition of “farmers’ market” established in RSA 21:34-a, V.
293:3 New Subparagraph; Investment Trusts; Use of Names; Farmers’ Market. Amend RSA 293-B:16, I(b) by inserting after subparagraph (5) the following new subparagraph:
(6) The name “farmers’ market” unless the entity meets the definition of “farmers’ market” established in RSA 21:34-a, V.
293:4 New Subparagraph; Professional Corporations; Corporate Name; Farmers’ Market. Amend RSA 294-A:7, III(a) by inserting after subparagraph (5) the following new subparagraph:
(6) The name “farmers’ market” unless the entity meets the definition of “farmers’ market” established in RSA 21:34-a, V.
293:5 New Subparagraph; Cooperative Marketing and Rural Electrification Associations; Use of Name Regulated; Farmers’ Market. Amend RSA 301:43-a, II by inserting after subparagraph (e) the following new subparagraph:
(f) The name “farmers’ market” unless the entity meets the definition of “farmers’ market” established in RSA 21:34-a, V.
293:6 New Subparagraph; Name of Registered Limited Liability Partnership; Farmers’ Market. Amend RSA 304-A:45, II by inserting after subparagraph (e) the following new subparagraph:

293:7 New Subparagraph; Uniform Limited Partnership Act; Name; Farmers’ Market. Amend RSA 304-B:2, III by inserting after subparagraph (e) the following new subparagraph:

293:8 New Subparagraph; Limited Liability Companies; Name Set Forth in Certificate; Farmers’ Market. Amend RSA 304-C:3, III by inserting after subparagraph (e) the following new subparagraph:
(f) The name “farmers’ market” unless the entity meets the definition of “farmers’ market” established in RSA 21:34-a, V.
293:9 New Subparagraph; Foreign Limited Liability Companies; Name; Farmers’ Market. Amend RSA 304-C:66, I(e) by inserting after subparagraph (5) the following new subparagraph:
(6) The name “farmers’ market” unless the entity meets the definition of “farmers’ market” established in RSA 21:34-a, V.
293:10 New Subparagraph; Registration of Foreign Partnerships; Name; Farmers’ Market. Amend RSA 305-A:2-e, I by inserting after subparagraph (e) the following new subparagraph:
(f) The name “farmers’ market” unless the entity meets the definition of “farmers’ market” established in RSA 21:34-a, V.
293:11 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
