STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Nine
AN ACT naming a bridge in the town of Barrington the Sp. Jesse Scott Conger Memorial Bridge.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
16:1 Town of Barrington; Bridge Named. Pursuant to RSA 4:43, the bridge that spans the Isinglass River on U.S. Route 202 in the town of Barrington shall be named the Sp. Jesse Scott Conger Memorial Bridge.
16:2 Signage. The cost of design, construction, maintenance, and installation of any signage, replacement signage, or other markers required under section 1 of this act shall not be a charge to the state. However, the design, construction, and installation of any signage or other markers required under this act shall be approved by the department of transportation.
16:3 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
