STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Ten
AN ACT repealing the wartime registration of aliens laws.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
124:1 Repeal. RSA 114, relative to wartime registration of aliens, is repealed.
124:2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
