In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Ten
AN ACT extending the task force on homeless teenagers and the commission to study alternate fuel vehicles.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Task Force on Homeless Teenagers; Report Date Extended. Amend 273:5 to read as follows:
273:5 Report. The task force shall report its findings and make recommendations for proposed legislation to the speaker of the house of representatives, the president of the senate, the house clerk, the senate clerk, the governor, and the state library in an interim report submitted on or before September 1, 2009 and in a final report submitted on or before September 1, 2010.
2 Commission to Study Alternate Fuel Vehicles; Report Date Extended. Amend 2010, 189:5 to read as follows:
189:5 Report. The commission shall report its findings and any recommendations for proposed legislation to the speaker of the house of representatives, the president of the senate, the house clerk, the senate clerk, the governor, and the state library on or before [November 1, 2009] March 1, 2010.
3 Effective Date. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
