STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Ten
AN ACT establishing an exotic game license for hunting in a game preserve.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 New Paragraph; Private Hunting Preserve; Exotic Game Hunting License. Amend RSA 212:25 by inserting after paragraph II the following new paragraph:
III. In addition to any licenses or permits required under this title, any person wishing to take exotic game of wild boar, elk, or bison from a hunting preserve permitted under paragraphs I and II, shall make application for and procure from the fish and game department an exotic game hunting license. The applicant shall pay a fee of $21, and the department shall thereupon issue an exotic game hunting license which shall entitle the licensee to hunt, shoot, kill or take, except by the use of traps, and to transport exotic game taken from a hunting preserve under the restrictions of this title. Any fees collected shall deposited by the executive director of fish and game into the fish and game fund.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect July 1, 2010.
