STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Ten

AN ACT relative to requirements for pharmacists-in-charge.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

1 New Section; Pharmacists-in-Charge; Requirements. Amend RSA 318 by inserting after section 38 the following new section:

318:38-a Pharmacists-in-Charge; Requirements. No pharmacy permit shall be issued by the board unless the designated pharmacist-in-charge has been licensed by the board as a pharmacist for at least one year and has been employed at a permitted pharmacy for at least 3 months.

2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
